We start by making a chalk grid on each section of your roof (don't worry it washes off with the rain) 

then we check that grid for hail damage, impact marks, and granule loss taking clear photos so you can see exactly what we do.

Next we inspect all of the roof pipes and penetrations to ensure they have been installed correctly. (9/10 times if you have a leak it is coming from an area that wasn't sealed properly or has broken down with weathering)

Once were finished up we send you copies of our photos. Give you an inspection report, and tell you the truth about the condition of your roof.
