We do our roof inspections to insurance adjuster standards.
We check for hail impact damage, damage from leaks, issues from poor installation, and damage to gutters.
We document our findings and show them to you.

If damage is present we will recommend you call your insurance company they will send an adjuster that represents their company to determine if the damage is covered by your policy.
As long as they are in good shape and are not in need of fixing or replacing then we can work around them.
We stand by our work, so if there are any leaks in the new roof, we cover the repair cost to the roof and any damage caused by the leak.
